La Bola Negra is directed by Javier Ambrossi & Javier Calvo and written by Javier Ambrossi, Javier Calvo & Alberto Conejero.
Starring Guitarricadelafuente, Miguel Bernardeau, Carlos González & Milo Quifes.
The intertwined lives of three men in three different eras, three lives intimately linked by sexuality and desire, pain, and legacy.
Reaching through time, La Bola Negra is a breathtaking tale of love and legacy told on the grandest possible stage.
A cinematic treat from its explosive opening, with stunning direction throughout from Javier Ambrossi and Javier Calvo. The pair have created a technical marvel, bringing this elaborate story to life with a touching central thread connecting many phenomenal sequences. It's easy to see why Netflix are pushing the theatrical experience for this one.
The lives of Sebastián, Carlos and Alberto are ones of desire. The fantasy of possibility. To yearn for something just out of reach, hoping it will fill the void. Masterful, beautiful, devastating storytelling, with expert filmmaking and a terrific score to match.
