Greg is coasting through high school as anonymously as possible, while secretly making bizarre films with Earl, his only friend. But both his anonymity and friendship threaten to unravel when his mother forces him to befriend a classmate with leukemia.

This underrated gem is full of laughter, tears, and wonderful performances by the young cast. A coming of age film with a twist.
