Why do we love it?

It’s easy to forget in this world of constant technological innovations just how groundbreaking Apollo 11 and the whole space race really was but this truly outstanding documentary does justice to how impactful of an event this was. The previously unseen footage is astounding in its extreme clarity, you have to keep reminding yourself that this was filmed in the 60’s and not present day. A masterclass in tension and editing, it's a cinematic achievement that needs to be seen.
